GetStyled provides a comprehensive salon management platform that includes:

• Online booking and appointment management
• Point of Sale (POS) system
• Customer relationship management
• Staff scheduling and management
• Analytics and reporting
• Payment processing

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Collect data from the Services without permission
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by GetStyled and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data to provide the Services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable data protection laws, including when processing your customers' personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, email services, etc.). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETSTYLED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetStyled, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
